This program allows Value Plan Members to access beneficial treatment options they might otherwise not be able to afford and receive discounts on services they may already use.

  • 25% Off of Usual Fee For Routine Visits, Manipulations, Therapies & Exams

  Families With 5 or More, Please Add $5.00 / Member

The Value Plan Card can also offer Members access to our educational web site resources and chiropractic research information. Our content is even available in spanish to support the diversity of our membership. Our site also contains a Provider Directory and we can provide you with web site links to our chiropractic providers, upon request, as well as detailed maps so Value Plan Members can locate chiropractic providers more quickly and easily.
