Value Plan Members are also entitled to the following Plan Benefits each and every time you visit a participating chiropractor:

Diagnostic X-Rays - $35% off Usual Fee

Routine Visits; - $25% off Usual Fee Manipulations; Therapies & Examinations

Value Plan Members save 25% to 35% at all participating Value Plan chiropractic provider offices. There is no limit to the number of visits and visits may be for care which is necessary for medical reasons, or for preventative or maintenance.
